Job Description
As a Studio Coordinator, you will work closely with our local team to deliver an outstanding employee experience for our Amsterdam and London offices. This hire will be a key player, interacting with employees daily to address their questions and needs. The right candidate will be enthusiastic about hospitality, and play a pivotal role in developing a nurturing, positive workplace environment at our Amsterdam and London offices. They will be expected to be highly independent and proactive in identifying and implementing positive improvements and empower the team in accomplishing their goals.
The start date for this role is preferred for Monday the 15th September 2025.

Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Work cross functionally with multiple teams across the business to provide concierge level service
You will be the first impression for our clients, partners, and employees, so greeting and directing multiple visitors and guests in an appropriate and professional manner
Maintain overall studio appearance & other common areas
Sort mail and service all shipping & receiving tickets
Support the on-boarding of new hires, maintaining inventory and working with IT to make sure new hires experience a smooth transition into BUCK
Budgeting, purchasing, and invoice management
Culture & Engagement
Assist with various projects related to employee experience, culture, and other initiatives
Assist in coordinating and executing studio programming and amenities
Coordinate and execute shared employee activities, including events and meetings both in-person and remotely
Communication of workplace activities and company wide events
Facilities Support
Responsible for stock management including grocery orders, stationary and ad hoc purchases
Coordinate studio building service with external building management partners, working directly with the Director of Talent Operations, or with a third party on maintenance & repairs
Space management updates for assigned and unassigned seating, to track occupancy/vacancy rate
Support with IT requests from staff, partnering with the onsite IT Support Specialist to track inventory, machines and equipment
Employee move coordination, both in an in-office environment and a remote environment, including supporting staff relocations
Required Skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
A team player, who is flexible, and professional
Proficient computer skills, Google Suite a plus
2 year prior experience with Reception, Workplace, and/or Hospitality or Facilities Operations
